June 1

OK, so this time I really can say on Sunday night, IDLM. It is not only Monday, but end of month Monday. BB has made it to Denver safely, just called. Said last half hour was rock and roll. He's due in Orange County at 7:21 CA time. That makes it 10 our time. Long wasted day. He'll have fun at the conference if he can let go if the K&K show long enough. I'm expecting they'll tranfer K from the rehab to Silverstream probably Tuesday. BB won't be home until Wed at midnight. Guess who has to go and settle her in. I just hope everything goes as smoothly as possible fo her sake. BB doesn't need to feel any more pressure than he does already. I did take pictures of a pretty flower outside and Gma's bedroom. No creative endeavors.

IDLM

I'm trying to start a new (whatever it's called) word. IDLM I Don't Like Mondays. In this case it will change to IDLT. YUKKKK, tomorrow is work.

Sat

Been a productive weekend. Went to NJ, met with case worker about D-SIL-K, went to dinner with B&K then packed the car with electronics. Yesterday was work all day. The pool looks nice, the plants are planted and patio and gazebo furniture are washed. Suffered terribly with allergies after all that. I've always said outside bad, inside good. Before I went to wash the windows outside today I drugged myself with nose spray and pills. K, we bought a tomato plant yesterday and planted it this morning. Wish us luck!!!! Off to Costco and Joseph A Banks. BB leaves next weekend for CA for a seminar. Love you all!

I've been delinquent...TOO!

I haven't posted anything creative in a while, been a little busy. Finished the cards, just by the deadlines and wanted to share. First is cousin PS in CA. Letters are silver metal colored with alcohol inks. Ang in FL. Center is a microscope slide.

I'm addicted to the Cuttlebug embossing folders. They just work for a lot of reasons. Sympathy

Baby....
My scrap room is record breaking messy. Have B&K stuff still with us and now Gma has also shared her wealth of scrap stuff. Besides all the stuff I can't seem to part with.

If you get a chance please send Aunt K a get well card. She has surgery on her ankle today and she would probably like to get one. A card is all that is necessary. Surgery went well as expected. Will probably be a long recovery though.

Tired but happy

Had a lot of fun today, missed our other partner in crime. Skinny Cow was not good this time, but it was free and I was hungry. Haven't even made it down to the basement and look at my stash yet. I like to register each new stamp I buy. Sometimes it's just fun to look at that alligator clipped computer paper book. I love the new stuff by Tim Holtz. It's so distressed and odd, the style just appeals to me. (Could use the same adjectives to describe me). I just made the new family favorite ice cream cake for dessert tomorrow. In trying to fatten Gma I must have put on 10 pounds. Thank you to my kids for the cards. I miss you a lot.
PS How about encouraging my DS-JL to start his own blog. I'd love to read what's going on in his mind, it's always interesting and funny.

The Eagle and the Dove have landed

The journey was delayed with some traffic, but otherwise uneventful. Just had spaghetti and meatballs and cream puffs for dessert. Maybe I'll get to post something creative, sometime soon.
